I believe the price that I got was competitive. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway.
